How does it work?

Our goal is to make your condo buying experience as smooth and as pain free as possible. To start, we ask that you connect with our team via email to let us know a little bit more about yourself and your prospective purchase. We can help provide answers to any questions you may have before getting started.

If you decide you want to move forward with the review process, follow the steps below:

  • Promptly send your condo documents to our team of specialists. We ask that you do this as soon as possible, as missing documents may delay the review process.

    Before proceeding to Step 2, make sure your mortgage is approved. If you have pets, contact property management for pet approval.

  • An invoice for the review service will be sent to you for payment, along with our terms of service. Payment can be made via e-transfer and payment of your invoice implies consent to our terms of service. You can contact us with any questions you may have.

    Please note that payment must be received before the review process can begin.

    You can expect your personalized document summary to be provided to you within 3 - 5 business days, unless you have requested a rush service.

  • Check your inbox! We’ll send your review summary to the email you have provided.

    You will be invited to book your 30-minute consult at the time you receive your summary.

    Please ensure you take some time to read through your summary when it’s received.
